Our service fee
How we charge you and your customers
We have a very simple pricing model. Our total cost per transaction is 10% plus $1. This helps us run our platform and pay our partner's payment processing fees.
For any paid offer (meeting, item, or digital download), we split the fee between the provider and the customer. The customer pays 5% plus $0.50 upon booking, and the provider is charged 5% plus $0.50 when the transaction is complete.
Price Breakdown
Let's say there's a $100 consultation meeting listed by the provider.
Upon booking, the total amount the customer will pay is $100 + (5% + $0.50) = $105.50.
After completing the transaction, the total amount the provider will receive is $100 - (5% + $0.50) = $94.50.
