About Zian
Hello! I'm Zian Liu, an Interaction Developer currently based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. With a passion for digital media and interaction design, I leverage my skills to produce innovative and immersive user experiences.
I embarked on my professional journey as a T Star Technical Art Boot Camp Apprentice at NetEase Games, where I honed my technical skills and deepened my understanding of game development. My role allowed me to indulge in my passion for the gaming industry, contributing to projects demanding meticulous attention to detail and creativity.
Aside from my work in the industry, I also took on the role of a Teaching Assistant at the Lassonde School of Engineering at York University. This experience enriched my capabilities in communicating complex concepts and nurturing a learning environment for students.
Academically, I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in Digital Media at York University. My research and coursework are focused on Virtual Reality and Computer Vision, areas that fuel my curiosity and drive my ambition to push the boundaries of technology in creative and meaningful ways. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same distinguished institution.
