About Théo

Hello, I'm Théo Corboliou, a dynamic and enthusiastic advocate for innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth. As the Director of Innovation and Partnerships at La Base Entrepreneuriale HEC Montréal, I spearhead initiatives that empower entrepreneurs to create impactful ventures. I thrive in environments where I can merge my passion for innovative thinking with a strong commitment to mentorship.
Having founded my own startup in the past, I draw on extensive experience in leading teams, developing strategies, and nurturing ecosystems that foster entrepreneurial success. At HEC Montréal, I've had the privilege of coordinating numerous programs aimed at accelerating and incubating both tech-driven and socially responsible startups.
My academic journey includes a Master's in Science from HEC Montréal, where I specialized in innovation management, coupled with an enriching exchange experience at the Singapore Management University.
A dedicated ultra-runner and TEDx speaker, I find parallels between the stamina required for long-distance running and the resilience needed in business. This philosophy fuels my approach to work, emphasizing community, discipline, and joy as cornerstones of achievement.
Beyond my professional life, you'll find me immersed in nature, tackling trails and challenging myself both physically and mentally. I am fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and often actively contribute to various entrepreneurial circles, seeking to ignite the spark of innovation in those around me.
Let's connect and explore how we can collaborate to drive innovation and positive change. Whether it's through consultations or engaging projects, I am eager to partner with like-minded individuals dedicated to making a difference. "
