Terms & Conditions — Bono AI

1. Overview of the Services

Bono AI provides tools, software, automation systems, and AI-powered experiences designed to help users build personal brands, generate content, manage workflows, and complete related tasks.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and comply with these Terms at all times.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may be required to create an account or join a waitlist to access certain parts of the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to violate any laws, collect personal data unlawfully, generate harmful content, interfere with the Services, reverse-engineer systems, or train competing AI models.

5. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibilities

AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before use. You retain ownership of content you create using the Services.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services belong to 11X VENTURES INC. and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services.

7. Payment, Billing & Plans

Some features require paid subscriptions. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing may change with notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, payments fail, or we modify the Services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC.
