Hi, I’m Rasul Kadraliev, a financial coach, fractional CFO, and startup mentor based in the lively city of Vancouver, BC. My journey blends storytelling, finance, and personal growth to help individuals and businesses grow with confidence.
With a wealth of experience in operations and finance, I've worked in leadership roles, including as the Director of Operations for Hyatt Hotels and mentoring startups at StartOut. These experiences sharpened my skills in financial modeling and budget management, allowing me to boost business efficiency.
I’m passionate about making financial education accessible and engaging. I co-founded Flowingo, a digital CFO service designed to simplify complex financial challenges for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Academically, I hold a Master’s in Economics from the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, which complements my practical experience. I’m also dedicated to education and public speaking, participated in Toastmasters International and volunteered with the International Debate Education Association.
