Every position I've undertaken has enriched my understanding of the intricacies involved in propelling organizations towards their strategic goals and enhancing employee engagement. Education plays a vital role in shaping my professional ethos. I hold an MSc in Organic Chemistry from Université de Montréal where my research endeavors laid a solid foundation in scientific investigation and innovation.
