Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across both public and private sectors, effectively navigating the complexities of unionized and non-unionized environments. I pride myself on helping organizations optimize their workforce strategies, enhance leadership, and facilitate sustainable growth through strategic HR solutions. My professional journey includes impactful roles at the City of Abbotsford, Prospera Credit Union, and the Abbotsford School District, among others.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University.
