Welcome to my corner of the web, I'm Charlie Ho, a Document Control Coordinator based in the vibrant Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area of Canada. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Chemistry from McMaster University, providing me with a structured approach to problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Currently, I am delving deep into the world of technology as a student in the Computer Systems Technology Diploma program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and technical acumen to push boundaries in innovative and meaningful ways.
Professionally, my experience spans roles that focus heavily on ensuring efficiency and quality within projects. During my time with the Transportation Investment Corporation, I led the integration of the OnBase Electronic Document and Records Management System, and employed SQL, Excel VBA, and OnBase configuration knowledge to enhance processes. Previous roles at Bureau Veritas Group fortified my skills in project management, client collaboration, and technical compliance.
I thrive in environments where I can merge my scientific and technical skills to improve efficiency and drive projects forward. Towards this end, I have also pursued certifications like the Google Data Analytics Specialization and am on track to enhance my project management expertise with an IBM Project Manager certification.
